After a brief introduction to the curiosities of the olive tree and the benefits of extra virgin olive oil, you will be actively involved: from laying the nets under the trees to harvesting the olives in special baskets, followed by the tasting of the first fruit. To complete these rich flavors, a brunch with 5 typical local appetizers and a wine tasting. All of this, while immersed in the greenery.
